When donating blood in January I had a positive direct Coombs test performed on my sample. This could mean autoimmunehaemolytic anemia (cold type) which would be quite a rare thing. I wonder if this could correlate with my B- blood-type and having received several Rhogam shots 5-7 years ago. I am low on Erythrocytes which obviously are being cleaned by my immune system due to cold agglutination. I do not have the Covid shot. A diagnostic marathon sure will follow...I am not sure if it a chronic condition already, since it was summer the last time I donated, there was no agglutination because of the cold type. What I can say that I always hated the cold, it makes me stiff..like a lizard... also I constantly feel as if after workout (body aches) and especiall low on energy in winter.

First thing to be excluded is any underlying disease, will keep you posted. I already asked my doctor if it could be connected to my blood type but of course he said no
